ためいきのように曖昧で
名前のつけづらい音楽を作っています。
最近は音楽かどうかもちょっとよくわからなくなっていますが、
基本的には音を録音して音源を作るという活動をしています。
基本的に演奏活動はしていません。
活動は2011年くらいからしてます。

*最近少し聴いてくれる人が多くなったので、少し表現を変えてます。
以前とあまり変わらないですし、ここを見てくれている人は
大体大丈夫だと思いますが、気にしてもらえると嬉しいです。
CDについては
個人経営のお店やギャラリーなどの
場所でBGＭとして自然に流して
頂くことは大丈夫です。
コラボレーションのような形や、
あからさまに商用で収益に直結するような
ご利用に関しては事前にご相談ください。
※CD以外（サブスクなど配信されているもの）のBGM利用は
それぞれ規約がありますのでそちらに従ってください。
著作権フリーの音源ではありませんので、
著作権に関わる音源のご使用
（web上での利用、映像や動画や録音、記録物、包装、商用、収益につながるもの）
に関しては基本的にcontactページより
ご相談をお願いしています。
●TuneCoreでデジタル配信されている曲に関して●
・instagram,TikTok,Youtubeなどのsnsに関しては
それぞれのミュージックライブラリに登録されている
楽曲のみご利用ください。
・YOUTUBEに関しては、
から楽曲を利用することもできます。
基本的には楽曲の収益になるのですが、
収益分配の割合のご相談もできます。
※それぞれのプラットフォーム内のみでの利用に限ります。
また、それぞれのプラットフォームの規定を守ってご利用ください。
その他の利用方法、商用、
配信されていない曲のSNS利用などに
関してはご相談をお願いします。

お店のBGM利用に関してOKしたりしてるのは、
自分で権利を管理しているのでできています。
JASRACなどの著作権管理団体に権利を譲渡した場合などは
楽曲使用については全て権利管理団体を通して利用してもらう形になります。
一応その辺りは、ご理解、ご注意ください。
色々大変になったり、自分が死んだりしない限りは自分で管理しますが、
もし状況が変わる場合はお知らせします。

For CD use:
It's perfectly fine to play this as background music naturally in places like privately owned shops or galleries.(excluding online/web use).
For uses such as collaborations, or overtly commercial purposes directly tied to revenue generation, please consult us beforehand.
For streaming services:
Please comply with the terms of use provided by each platform.
My songs are not free license.

For Social Media (Instagram, TikTok, YouTube and etc):
Please use music only from the respective official music libraries. Other methods (such as using "original audio") or commercial use require prior consultation.
YouTube:
We recommend selecting songs via TuneCore Creators. Please contact us to discuss the profit-sharing ratio.
Note: Usage is limited to within each respective platform only.
For other uses, commercial purposes,
or social media use of unreleased songs,
please contact us for consultation.
Regarding the use of background music in stores,
it is permitted because I manage the rights myself.
Please note that if the rights are ever transferred to a copyright management organization (such as JASRAC), all usage must then be handled through that organization.
I intend to manage the rights myself unless the management becomes too burdensome or something unexpected happens to me. I will inform you if there are any updates.
